A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 114-1995
Whereas, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
114-1995, passed and adopted March 15, 1995, due to erroneous
account numbers, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the receipt of unanticipated funds
previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year
1995 in Resolution No. 114-1995, passed and adopted on March
15, 1995, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regualr meeting of said Board held on the
19th day of April, A.D. 1995.
