A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Special
Taxing District Jolly Roger Estates Municipal Service Taxing
District Fund #155 of the Monroe County Budget for fiscal year
1995 to account for unanticipated funds, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Special Taxing District Jolly Roger Estates Municipal
Service Taxing District Fund #155 of the Monroe County Budget for
fiscal year 1995, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum
of $12,000.00 as follows:
