RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Law Enforcement Trust
Fund #600 of the Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1995 to account for
unanticipated funds, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Law Enforcement Trust Fund #600 of the Monroe County Budget for
fiscal year 1995, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum of $65,295.53
as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board, upon

place funds in said items, as set forth above.
