U1 Commercial/Improved Subdivision boundaries; and WHEREAS, the staff recommends denial of the requested boundary changes as indicated in Staff Recommendation by Antonia Gerli, Development Review Coordinator, dated May 16, 1995, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: l) The action of the Planning Director, has determined that the requested boundary change dated May 16, 1995, in Land Use District Map Boundary Interpretation Number 98, is hereby found not to be in conformance with the standards set forth in Section in Section 9.5-3(m) (6), Monroe County Code; and is therefore denied; and that I " 2) The above described property should remain designated as Improved Subdivision as currently indicated; and that 3) The above conclusion of law, is predicated upon the finding of facts and conclusions outlined in the staff recommendation which this Board hereby adopts as its own. 4) The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Monroe County Planning Department. 5) The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Florida Department of Community Affairs.
