RESOLUTION N0209A-l995
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 252-1993, ESTABLISHING A DANGEROUS
DOG REGISTRATION FEE
WHEREAS, Sec. 767.12(2), Florida State Statute, authorizes Animal Control authorities
to issue certificate of registration to the owner of a dog which has been classified as dangerous; and
WHEREAS, the certificate shall be renewed annually; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners hereby amends its fee schedule
Resolution in order to comply with the aforementioned statute and its own Ordinance No. 010-
1995, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
Section 1.
Resolution No. 252-1993 is hereby amended to read as follow:
