Special Meeting/Public Hearing
Board of County Commissioners
Wednesday, June 26, 1985

A special meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners convened on the above date. Present and
answering to roll call were Commissioner Alison Fahrer,
Commissioner William Freeman, Commissioner John Stormont,
Commissioner Ed Swift, and Mayor Wilhelmina Harvey. Also
present were Lucien Proby, County Attorney; Patricia
Aultman, Depty Clerk; Planning Consultants; County staff;
members of the Press and Radio; and the general public.
All stood for the Invocation and Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag.
Mayor Harvey advised the audience that this meeting
was being held in order to hear the feelings of the public
with regard to the proposed Land Use Plan.
The following persons addressed the Board: Mike
Barr, Michael Fagan, Betty Bullock, Fred Tittle, Claiborne
Smith, Roy Alspaugh, Gaile Jelenek, Herman Riley Stein,
Betty Bailey, Arline Rieser, Fred Nickerson, Mignon Wolland,
Earl Gallop, George DeCorian, M. Curry, and Ed Kloski.
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned.
