The Board convened at 9:06 a.m. with Commissioner
Alison Fahrer, Commissioner William Freeman, and Mayor
Wilhelmina Harvey present., Absent from the meeting were
Commissioner John Stormont and Commissioner Ed Swift. Also
present were Danny L. Kolhage, Clerk; Susan Vernon,
Assistant County Attorney;'Charles Pattison, Director of
Building, Planning & Zoning; Jerry Annas and Ty Symroski of
the Planning Department; Charles Siemon, Consultant; County
staff; members of the Press and Radio; and the general
public.
Commissioner Ed S�vift entered at 9:25 a.m, and
Commissioner John Stormont entered at 9:50 a.m. with the
meeting already in progress.
Mr. Pattison discussed the preview of the Plan
Amendments and Environmental Peer Review Report and unre-
corded subdivisions. Mr. Siemon went through the itemized
text amendments in detail.) Mr. Andy Hooten addressed the
Board concerning the Peer Review.
The Board discussed.and called for a meeting with
Dr. Nicholas concerning the Economic Impact Study on
November 20, 1985, at 7:00;p.m. at Key Colony Beach.
The Board adjourned for lunch at 12:40 p.m.
The Board reconvened at 2:10 p.m. with all
Commissioners present except Commissioner Swift.
Mr. Pattison discussed further
division report. Al Damron, John Filer
Lytton, and Jen Eversoll addressed the
matter.

Mr. Pattison discussed the procedure for the
Commercial Fishing vote which is scheduled for November 13,
1985. Joel Beardsley of Cudjoe Key; Alice Moore of Coco
Plum; and Louis Grakos addressed the Board. Al Fried,'L.B.
Pakorski and Grace Manillolalso addressed the Board.
There being no further business, the Board
adjourned.
