A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING MICHAEL J. LAWN TO EXECUTE, ON
BEHALF OF MONROE COUNTY, SATISFACTIONS OF
.LIEN RELATING TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR
SoLiD WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.

WHEREAS, it is proper that a person and/or persons be vested with the authority to execute
Satisfactions of Lien, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1,
That Michael 1. Lawn be, and hereby is, authorized to sign, execute and file
in behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, Satisfactions of Lien
as may from time-to-time be necessary pursuant to Monroe County Ordinance No. 10-1977, as
amended, with regard to the payment of delinquent Annual Special Assessments for solid waste
collection and disposal.
Section 2.
Satisfactions of Lien signed by Michael 1. Lawn shall be entitled to full force
and effect as though granted or issued by the Board of County Commissioners.
Section 3.
Provided, however, that Michael 1. Lawn shall have no power or authority to
compromise any lien for less than the full amount owed and he shall neither issue nor grant any
satisfaction for less than the full amount due.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
