We must get approval from the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners to amend the lease they approved at their October 16, 2002 meeting. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to submit the amendment for December, and therefore cannot obtain their approval until the January 15,2003 meeting. Contingent upon BOCC approval, I will forward the amendment along with the original lease documentation for execution. Thank you for your time. WHEREAS, the parties hereto did enter into a Lease Agreement approved by the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners on October 16, 2002; NOW THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties do agree as follows: 1. Form #TCS entitled Indemnification and Hold Harmless shall be omitted from the Lease documents. 2.
