WHEREAS. the BO'f11~~(~~Y:?j~~~O,mr~i~sioners of Monroe County. Florida. desires to renounce
and disclaim any right of the County and! thJ public in and to the hereinafter described streets. alley-
ways. roads or highways. and
WHEREAS. under Chapter 336. Florida Statutes. it is necessary to hold a public hearing after
publishing due notice of said hearing in accordance with said Chapter. now. therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA.
that the Board will hold a public hearing on September 20. 1995. at 10:00 a,m.. at the Marathon
Government Center. 2798 Overseas Highway. Marathon. Florida. to determine whether or not the
Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the following
described streets. alley-ways. roads or highways as delineated on the hereinafter described map or
plat. to-wit:
PARCEL A
A portion of the right-of-way of Caribbean Drive South in the Plat of Summerland Key
Cove Addition No.4. as recorded in PB 4/153. Public Records of Monroe County.
Florida.
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 2. Block 3 of the aforesaid plat; thence S 88056' E
along the South right-of-way line of Caribbean Drive South 30 feet; thence N 1004' E
25.00 feet; thence S 78038'08" W 36.61 feet; thence S 17031' E 18,06 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing 703.61 sq. ft.
PARCEL B
A portion of the right-of-way of Caribbean Drive South in the Plat of Summerland Key
Cove Addition No.4. as recorded in PB 4/153. Public Records of Monroe County.
Florida.
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 1. Block 4 of the aforesaid plat; thence N 78038'08"
E 36.61 feet; thence N 1004' E 25.00 feet; thence N 88056' W 10.87 feet; thence S
38011' W 41.24 feet to the point of beignning, Containing 625,74 sq. ft.

regular meeting of the Board on the 15th day of August. 1995.
