A RESOLUTION FOR THE RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Winston Waterway Fund of Monroe County
Budget of Fiscal Year 1995 to account for unanticipated funds received from proceeds of a tax anticipation
note now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY
FLORIDA, as follows:
The Winston Waterway Fund of Monroe County Budget for the fiscal year 1995, be and the same is hereby
increased by the sum of $130,000 as follows:

t-IOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN that on Monday. September 11.1995. at 5:05 PM, at the Key Largo
Library. Tradewinds Shopping Center. Key Largo. Monroe County. Horida, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County will hold a public
hearinf~garding the proposed non-ad valliem assessment for roadway improv~ments wi1hin the Winston WaterWays Subdivision. pursuant to
Ordin, ,..:e No, 002-1993. as amended, and Resolution No. 054-1993. which created the Winston Waterways Municipal Service Taxing Unit.
The Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County is the local governing board of the taxing unit. The proposed schedule of the
assessment is an equal division among the 33 subject lots of the costs of roadwork, engineering. mitigation. administrative costs and financing. Maximum
costs shall not exceed $150,000, financed over a five year period (individual total lot assessment of $4,546 or $910 annuaIly) and the assessment will
be coIlected by the Monroe County Tax CoIlector. AIl affected property owners have the right to appear at the public hearing and the right to file written
objections with the Board of County Commissioners.
Pursuant to Section 286,0105. Horida Statutes, notice is given that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect
to any matter considered at such hearing. he will need a record of the proceedings, and that. for such purpose. he may need to ensure that a verbatim record
of the proceedings is made. which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
