RESOLUTION NO. 338-1995
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MONROE COUNTY LAND AUTHORITY
AND MONROE COUNTY REFERENCE INTERIM FUNDING OF SHIP
PROGRAM LOANS
WHEREAS, the BOCC has passed Resolution 260-1995 approving the interim
funding of the County's SHIP First Time Homeownership applicants' second mortgage
using previously appropriated Land Authority funds providing for repayment of Land
Authority funds from the SHIP Trust Fund~ and
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Land Authority Advisory Committee and Board of
Commissioners have approved this governmental interlocal agreement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Monroe County Board of
Commissioners hereby authorize the execution of this interlocal agreement on behalf of
Monroe County.
PASSED and ADOPTED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 21ST day of SEPTEMBER, A.D.,
