RESOLUTION NO, 1 h 1 _ 19 95
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN RECOGNITION OF THE
LATE WENDELL KEVIN VAN HOOSE.
WHEREAS, Kevin Van Hoose came to the Keys in 1992 from Paintsville, KY; and
WHEREAS, Kevin Van Hoose served as Administrator of Fishermen's Hospital in Marathon
Key, being named Outstanding Administrator of the Year by Health Management Associates of
Naples, which operates Fishermen's Hospital, in both 1993 and 1994. Mr. Van Hoose served
Fishermen's Hospital until his promotion to Executive Director of Highlands Regional Medical
Center in Sebring; and
WHEREAS. Mr, Van Hoose was active in the Rotary Club and other community
organizations; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA that
Section 1, The Board hereby adopts this Resolution as evidefe fif its~gre~~nd
mourning for the passing of the late Kevin Van Hoose and in reCOgnition~~ de~atio~nd
public service to the people of Marathon Key and Monroe County, Florida~f; ~ ~
