Resolution 427-2000 Solid Waste Management RESOLUTION NO.427 - 2000 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING DENT PIERCE TO EXECUTE, ON BE- HALF OF MONROE COUNTY, SATISFACTIONS OF LIEN RELATING TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL. ......................................................................... WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 10-1977, it will become necessary from time-to-time for Monroe County to execute Satisfactions of Lien relating to delinquent payments of the Annual and/or Semi-Annual Special Assessment for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal, and WHEAREAS, it is proper that a person and/or persons be vested with the authority to execute Satisfactions of Lien, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Dent Pierce be, and hereby is, authorized to sign, execute and file in behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, Satisfactions of Lien as may from time-to-time be necessary pursuant to Monroe County Ordinance No. 10-1977, as amended, with regard to the payment of the delinquent Annual Special Assessment for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal. Section 2. Satisfactions of Lien signed by Dent Pierce shall be entitled to full force and effect as though granted or issued by the Board of County Commissioners. Section 3.
