RESOLUTION NO. 059 -1989
A RESOLUTION PLACING THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE
DISTRICT UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY
ADMINISTRATOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that, pursuant to Sections 8-49 and 2-1,
Monroe County Code, and to the extent authorized by F.S.
125.74, the Municipal Service District, as created by Chapter 8,
Monroe County Code, including the Director thereof, is hereby
placed under the authority of, and made responsible to, the
County Administrator.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of February, A.D. 1989.
