A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND
W.B. TESTING AND CONSULTING CONCERNING
TESTING SERVICES FOR AlP PROJECT AT THE
KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board
is hereby authorized to execute an agreement by and between
Monroe County, Florida and W.B. Testing & Consulting, a copy of
same being attached hereto, concerning AlP project
#3-12-0037-0488, apron expansion, at the Key West International
Airport.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held

CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on the 2 1st day of March
1989 by and between W. B. TESTING & CONSULTING
Party of the First Part, and the MONROE COUNTY , Party of
the Second Part:
WITNESSET H:
That the First Party, for the consideration hereinafter fully set out,
hereby agrees with the Second Party as follows:
1. That the First Party shall provide all services for testing and
perform all of the work as specified and attached hereto for:
KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
APRON EXPANSION
2. That the First Party shall commence the work to be performed under
this Agreement on a date to be specified in a written order of the
Second Party and shall fully complete all work hereunder within 180
calendar days, from said date, as estimated by the Contractor.
3. That the Second Party hereby agrees to pay to the First Party for
the faithful performance of this Agreement, subject to additions
and deductions as provided in the Specifications or Proposal, in
lawful money of the United States, the amount of :
Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars
No/ Cents Dollars,
( $ 17,713.00 ) based on the estimated quantities and Unit
or Lump Sum Prices contained herein.
4. No additional work or extras shall be done unless the same shall be
duly authorized by appropriate action by the Party of the Second Part.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto hayed executed this Agreement on the
day and date first written, in ( ) counterparts, each
of which shall, without proof or accounting for the other counterpart be
deemed an original Contract.
