RESOLUTION NO. 178 - 1989
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 142-198~OP\:; ~
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers set up
in the Monroe County Budget for Fiscal Year 1988-89 and to
create new items under said budget, and
WHEREAS,
it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
142-1989,
passed and adopted on March 21, 1989 due to
incorrect procedure, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously setup in
the Monroe County Budget for the fiscal year 1988-89 in
Resolution No. 142-1989, passed and adopted on March 21, 1989,
is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 4th day of April, A.D. 1989.
