RESOLUTION NO.~ - 1989
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 166-1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Fine & Forfeiture Fund Monroe County, Florida, for
Fiscal Year 1988-89 to account for unanticipated funds
received the Law Enforcement Trust Fund - Cash Forward,
and;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution
No. 166-1989, passed and adopted on March 21, 1989, due
to incorrect figures, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unanticipated revenue
previous ly setup in the Monroe County Budget for the
fiscal year 1988-89 in Resolution No. 166-1989, passed
and adopted on March 21, 1989, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 28th day of April, A.D. 1989.
