A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF A SUBDIVI-
SION TO BE KNOWN AS SUNRISE ISLE LOCATED ON
A PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 1, SECTION 14
TOWNSHIP 66S, RANGE 32E, AND PART OF
GOVERNMENT LOTS 1 AND 2, SECTION 15, TOWN-
SHIP 66S, RANGE 32E, BOOT KEY, MILEMARKER 52
MONROE COUNTY FLORIDA, AND DIRECTING THE
CLERK TO ACCEPT SUCH PLAT FOR RECORDING IN
THE PUBLIC RECORD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Planning Commission has recom-
mended the approval of the plat of a subdivision to be known as
SUNRISE ISLE, located on a part of Government Lot 1, Section 14,
Township 66S, Range 32E, and part of Government Lots 1 and 2,
Section 14, Township 66S, Range 32E, BOOT KEY, MARATHON, MONROE
COUNTY, MM 52; and
WHEREAS, the record before the Board supports that
recommendation; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1. Pursuant to Section 9.5-84 (f) of the Monroe County
Code, the
plat of the
subdivision to be known as
SUNRISE ISLE, is hereby approved and the Mayor is directed to
sign the plat once it is determined to be in conformance with
those conditions placed on it by both this body and the Planning
Commission.
2. The Clerk of Monroe County, Florida,is hereby directed
to accept the plat for recording in the official records
after verification by County Attorney.

3. The Monroe County Clerk is also hereby directed to forward
a copy of this resolution to the Department Of Community
Affairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of OCTOBER, A.D., 1989
