RESOLUTION NO.~ - 1989
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 413-1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
General Revenue Fund Monroe County, Florida, for Fiscal
Year 1988-89 to account for unanticipated funds received
from South Florida Employment & Training Consortium,
Intake, and;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution
No. Lt! 3 _ 1 989, pas sed and ado p t e don J u 1 Y 2 1, 1 98 9, due
to incorrect monetary amounts, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unanticipated revenue
previously setup in the Monroe County Budget for the
fiscal year 1988-89 in Resolution No. 413-1989, passed
and adopted on July 21, 1989, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 1st day of November, A.D. 1989.
