RESOLUTION NO.~ - 1989
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 451-1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend items increased under
the General Revenue Fund Nonroe County, Florida, for
Fiscal Year 1988-89 to account for unanticipated funds
received from South Florida Employment & Training
Consortium, Title I, and;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution
No. 451-1989, passed and adopted on August 9,1989, due
to incorrect monetary amounts, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the amended unanticipated
revenue previously setup in the Monroe County Budget for
the fiscal year 1988-89 in Resolution No. 451-1989,
passed and adopted on August 9, 1989, is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Co~missioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held OIl the 1st day of November, A.D. 19Cj9.
