A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Fine &
Forfeiture Fund of the Monroe County Budget for fiscal year
1990 to account for unanticipated revenue from unused Trust
Fund Carry Forward and Additional Trust Fund Revenue now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Fine & Forfeiture Fund of Monroe County Budget for the
fiscal year 1990, be and the same is hereby increased by the
sum of $71,244.00 follows:
