RESOLUTION NO. 728-1989
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 565-1989 PERTAINING TO THE
RECORDATION OF A PLAT OF A SUBDIVISION TO BE
KNOWN AS SUNRISE ISLE.
WHEREAS, on October 10, 1989, the Board of County
Commissioners passed and adopted Resolution No. 565-1989
pertaining to the recordation of a final amended plat for a
subdivision to be known as Sunrise Isle, and
WHEREAS, due to the fact that the Clerk did not receive all
the necessary documents required to record said plat in a timely
fashion, the Board hereby desires to rescind said Resolution No.
565-1989, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 565-1989, passed and
adopted by the Board on October 10, 1989, pertaining to the
recordation of a final amended plat for a subdivision to be known
as Sunrise Isle, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day
of November, 1989.
