Resolution 089-1994 RESOLUTION NO. 089-1994 A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING MONROE COUNTY'S INTENT TO DEVELOP LOTS 15 THROUGH 21, BLOCK 4, INDUSTRIAL ACRES SUBDIVISION AND LOTS 31 AND 32, BLOCK 2, HIBISCUS PARK SUBDIVISION, WITH A MINIMUM OF ADVERSE IMPACTS TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS WHEREAS, Monroe County intends to purchase Lots 15 through 21, Block 4, Industrial Acres Subdivision and Lots 31 and 32, Block 2, Hibiscus Park Subdivision, for the purpose of construct- ing a park; and Tl -7 \.0_ WHEREAS, Monroe County wishes to avoid any ad~rse i~ct~l :::: :~ -; :P that the development may have on adj acent property:--6w:ners~ now' I 0- therefore, z = o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MO~OE:' COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: 1. In the event that Monroe County purchases the above-refer- enced lots, Monroe County shall make appropriate and reasonable efforts to protect the subject property and adjacent properties from illegal dumping; and 2. In the event that Monroe County constructs a park on the above-referenced lots, Troup Road will be developed as the access road for the park according to that part of Ordinance #19-1983 known as the the Public Works Manual; and 3. In the event that Monroe County constructs a park on the above-referenced lots, lighting on Lots 15 and 16, Block 4, Indus- trial Acres Subdivision shall be designed according to Division 12 of the Monroe County Land Development Regulations which re- quires that all lighting from nonresidential uses shall be locat- ed, screened or shielded so that adjacent residential lots are not directly illuminated.
