RESOLUTION NO. 030 -1986
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MONROE COUNTY
LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION TO HAVE ENACTED A
SPECIAL ACT REPEALING CHAPTER 65-1942, LAWS
OF FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Monroe County Legislative Delegation be and is
hereby requested to repeal Chapter 65-1942, Laws of Florida.
2. The cities of Layton and Key Colony Beach have passed
resolutions joining in this reques t and have forwarded to the
Legislative Delegation a copy of the same.
3. That a copy of this resolution be afforded to Senator
Larry Plummer and Representative Joe Allen by the Clerk of this
Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Commission
held on the 24th day of January, A.D. 1986.
