RESOLUTION NO. 032-1986
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Group Insurance Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1984-85 to account for unanticipated funds received from Express
Claims - Sun Life, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Group Insurance Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $60,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Group Insurance Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1984-85, an item to be known as Item #502-
000000-399012-0, Express Claims, which said item
shall contain the sum of $60,000.00
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Group Insurance Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85:
Item #502-330100-590316-0
$60,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of February, A.D. 1986.
