RESOLUTION NO. 059-1986
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental
Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1985-86 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $68,032.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1985-86, items to be known as Item #001-
187300-331909-86006 - C-II Federal Monies, which said
item shall contain the sum of $52,325.00, Item #001-
187300-366927-86006 - C-II Project Income, which said
item shall contain the sum of $7,000.00, and Item
#001-187300-331908-86006 - C-II U.S.D.A. Commodities,
which said item shall contain the sum of $8,707.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86:
Item #001-187300-564120-86006 Salaries $11,021. 00
Item #001-187300-564210-86006 FICA 1,346.00
Item #001-187300-564220-86006 Retirement 1,425.00
Item #001-187300-564230-86006 Group Insurance 1,623.00
Item #001-187300-564240-86006 Workmen's Compo 621. 00
Item #001-187300-564400-86006 Travel 1,200.00
Item #001-187300-564410-86006 Communications 354.00
Item #001-187300-564510-86006 Printing & Supplies 200.00
Item #001-187300-564490-86006 Miscellaneous 1,000.00
Item #001-187300-564491-86006 Raw Food 46,216.00
Item #001-187300-564450-86006 Insurance & Bonds 1,026.00
Item #001-187300-564462-86006 Maintenance of Equip. 1,000.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of March, A.D. 1986.
