RESOLUTION NO. 092 -1986
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE AN
ADDENDUM TO LEASE PERTAINING TO THE LEASE
ENTERED INTO ON THE 7TH DAY OF FEBRUARY,
1986, BY AND BETWEEN HARRY E. AND ELVIRA F.
MAHONEY AND THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to
execute an Addendum to Lease pertaining to the Lease entered into
on the 7th day of February, 1986, by and between Harry E. and
Elvira F. Mahoney and the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, a copy of same being attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 21st day of March, A. D. 1986.

ADDENDUM TO LEASE
THIS ADDENDlill, entered into this
day of
, 1986,
hereby corrects that certain lease entered into the 7th day of
February, 1986, by and between Harry E. and Elvira F. Mahoney
(Lessors) and the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida (Lessees) as follows:
1. Paragraph three (3) of the aforementioned lease is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"3. If the Lessees are thirty (30) days late in the
payment of their rent: this LeAse will be automatically
cancelled and terminated and Lessees agree to vacate
the property within ten (10) days of termination of
said Lease."
2. Paragraph ten (10) of the aforementioned lease is hereby
deleted and stricken as Monroe County has sales tax exemption
status.
All other provisions of said agreement are to remain in full
force and effect.

addenduIn to agreement to be executed as of the day and year first
