A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RENOUNCING AND DISCLAIMING ANY
RIGHT OF THE COUNTY AND THE PUBLIC IN AND TO A PORTION
OF EVERGREEN COURT, KEY HAVEN TENTH ADDITION, KEY
HAVEN, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the COllnty
