A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RENOUNCING AND DISCLAIMING ANY
RIGHT OF THE COUNTY AND THE PUBLIC IN AND TO A PORTION
OF KEY HAVEN ROAD, KEY HAVEN TENTH ADDITION, KEY HAVEN,
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County
and the public in and to the hereinafter described streets,
alley-ways, roads or highways, and
WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing

WHEREAS, the Board has determined that vacation of the said
road is for the general public welfare, and conforms to the
requirements of Florida Statutes ~336.09 and ~336.10, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby renounces and
disclaims any right of the County and the public in and to the
following described streets, alley-ways, roads or highways as
delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, to-wit:
A parcel of land adjacent to Block 1, KEY HAVEN TENTH
ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 114 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows: COMMENCE at the Northeast corner of Lot 9 of
the said Block 1 and run thence North 490 15' West for
a distance of 466.54 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence North 400 45' East for a distance of 30.0 feet;
thence North 490 15' West for a distance of 129.26
feet; thence South 400 45' West for a distance of 30.0
feet; thence South 490 15' East for a distance of
129.26 feet back to the Point of Beginning.
and also:
A parcel of land adjacent to Block 5, KEY HAVEN TENTH
ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 114 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as
