RESOLUTION NO. 120-1986
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to conduct a Public Hearing as
required by Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, to increase the
Monroe County Municipal Service District (Waste) Budget for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 1986, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a Public Hearing was conducted on
April 4, 1986, to increase the Monroe County Municipal Service
District (Waste) 11104 Fund Budget from $7,936,166.00 to
$8,870,952.00, and to adopt a supplemental budget amendment as
follows:

Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 4th day of April, A.D. 1986.
