Paros, Director Emergency Medical Services RESOLUTION NO. 158 -1986 A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 350- 1985 AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND J. P. STRODE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN APPARATUS BUILDING FOR THE TAVERNIER VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT AND AMBULANCE CORPS. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, previously passed and adopted Resolution No. 350-1985 on December 20, 1985, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, hereby desires to rescind said Resolution No. 350-1985, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: 1. That Resolution No. 350-1985 previously passed and adopted on December 20, 1985, be and the same is hereby rescinded. 2. That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute a Contract by and between the Board of County Commis s ioners of Monroe County, Florida, and J. P. Strode & Associates, Inc., a copy of same being attached hereto, for the construction of an apparatus building for the Tavernier Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Corps.
