RESOLUTION NO. 159 -1986
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE
AN ADDENDUM TO LEASE PERTAINING TO THE LEASE
ENTERED INTO ON THE 7TH DAY OF FEBRUARY,
1986, AS AMENDED ON THE 21ST DAY OF MARCH,
1986, BY AND BETWEEN HARRY E. AND ELVIRA F.
MAHONEY AND THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to
execute an Addendum to Lease pertaining to the Lease entered into
on the 7th day of February, 1986, as amended on the 21st day of
March, 1986, by and between Harry E. and Elvira F. Mahoney and
the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, a
copy of same being attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 16th day of May, A.D. 1986.
