RESOLUTION NO. 170-1986
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEED OF CONVEYANCE
FROM THE MONROE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD OF A
PORTION OF LAND LOCATED IN THE "LAKE HARBOR"
SUBDIVISION AS IS DESCRIBED IN COPY OF SAID
DEED AFFIXED HERETO.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to accept this deed of conveyance
so that the property represented by the same may be put to use as
a County road and maintained as such so as to afford vehicular
access from U. S, 1 to Old Road 4A for The School Board of Monroe
County, Florida, for its buses and other vehicles, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the deed of conveyance dated the
31st day of March, 1986, from The School Board of Monroe County,
Florida, to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
be and the same is hereby accepted and that a copy of said deed
of conveyance dated the 31st day of March, 1986, shall be affixed
to this Resolution and made a part hereof by direct reference to
describe and show that property located in "Lake Harbor" as
particularly described in that deed of conveyance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 6th

DEED OF CONVEYANCE
THIS DEED, made this 3lst day of March, 1986, by The School
Board Of Monroe County, Florida, a body corporate as provided in
S230.2l, Florida Statutes (l985), Grantor, and The Board,'O:
County Commissioners Of Monroe County, Florida, Grantee,
WITNESSETH, that The School Board Of Monroe County, for an,l
in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($lO. 00) and other
good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the Board
Of County Commissioners Of Monroe County,' Florida, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to The Board Of County Commissioners Of Monroe County, Florida,
its successors and assigns forever, all of the right, title, and
interest which The School Board Of Monroe County, Florida, has in
and to the following described land lying, situate and being in
Monroe County, Florida, to wit:
A parcel of land lying in the Southeast one-quarter of Section 5,
Township 63 South, Range 38 East, Monroe County, Florida, being
an easterly prolongation of Wood Avenue as depicted on the Plat
of "Lake Harbor" according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 2, at Page 78 of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida, and being portions of Lots 2B, 3B, and 4B of "Plantation
Shores", according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
2, at Page 78 of the Public Records Of Monroe Coun ty, Florida, I
being more particularly described b "metes and bounds" a~
follows: a e Nort westerly corner of Lot 2B as shown
on sal. Plat of "IHantation Shores", said corner being on the
Easterly right-of-way line of State Road Number 5, as depicted on
the State Of Florida State Road Department" Right-Of-Way Map
Section 90060-25l6, last revised April 17, 1985; thence
S20003'04"W along said Easterly right-of-way line for 84.4l Feet
to a point of cusp of a circular curve concave to the Northeast
and being the Point Of Beginning of the following described
parcel. Thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve having
a radius of 25.00 Feet and a central angle of 90000'00" for 39.27
Feet to the point of tangency; thence S69056'56"E for 20.47 Feet
to the point of curvature of a circular curve concave to the
Northwest; thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve

for 48.25 Feet to a point of cusp with a circular curve concave
to the Northwest, said point being on the Westerly right-of-way

intersection with the centerline of the Easterly prolongation of

thence continue along said Westerly right-of-way line, along ~he
arc of said curve having a radius of 805.5 Feet and a central
angle of 3038' 47" for 5l.26 Feet to a point of cusp with a
circular curve concave to Southeast; thence Northwesterly along
the arc of said curve having a radius of 25.00 Feet and a central
angle of 77051'06" for 33.97 Feet to the point of tangency;
thence N69056'56"W for 52.76 Feet to the point of curvature of a
circular curve concave to the Southeast; thence Northwesterly
