RESOLUTION NO. 237 -1986
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 204-1986
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
1. That Paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 204-1986, which
amended paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 049-1986, is amended as
follows:
"That such Plan and Map, if approved and reviewed
by all agencies as required by Chapter 380 of the
Florida Statutes, shall only become effective at the
time the action of any reviewing agencies becomes final
and certified as required by law."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 8th day of August, A.D. 1986.
