RESOLUTION NO. 251-1986
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental
Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1986-87 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $50,099.09 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1986-87, items to be known as Item #001-
187800-334690-87001 - CCDA State Monies, which said
item shall contain the sum of $48,500.00, and Item
#001-187800-366924-87002 - CCDA Project Income, which
said item shall contain the sum of $1,599.09.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87:
Item #001-187800-564120-87002 Salaries $28,619.95
Item #001-187800-564210-87002 FICA 2,431.61
Item #001-187800-564220-87002 Retirement 4,451. 76
Item #001-187800-564230-87002 Group Insurance 4,939.20
Item #001-187800-564240-87002 Workmen's Comp. 1,383.67
Item #001-187800-564250-87002 Unemployment Compo 300.00
Item #001-187800-564310-87002 Professional Fees 2,250.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 22nd day of August, A.D. 1986.
