ITEM BACKGROUND: On April 14, 2004 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Candace Andrus submitted
the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County for Robert Milligan. The applicant is receiving a dwelling
unit allocation award for the year ending July 13,2004, have filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No,
47-1999.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On November 11, 1999, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No, 047-
1999.

29 East, run South for a distance of 1320 feet to a point, thence at a right
angle run West for a distance of 2310 feet to the point of beginning of the
property hereinafter described: from said point of beginning continue to
run West for a distance of 330 feet to a point: thence at a right angle run
North for a distance 635 feet to a point:, thence at a right angle run East
for a distance of 330 feet to a point: thence at a right angle run South 635
feet, back to the point of beginning, containing 5.0 acres, more or less.
To Have and to Hold, the same in fee simple forever.
And the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee
