RESOLUTION NO. 280-1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED
FUNDS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 337-1986.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 337-1986 was previously passed and
adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to rescind said Resolution
No. 337-1986, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental
Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 337-1986, be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
2. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1986-87 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $109,473.50 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1986-87, an item to be known as Item #001-
020800-331210-00011 - Federal Grant/State DCA CJIS,
which said item shall contain the sum of $109,473.50.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of July, A.D. 1987.
