RESOLUTION NO. 298 -1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88 to
account for unanticipated funds received from the Other
Governmental Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1987-88 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $69,000.40 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1987-88, items to be known as Item #001-
181100-334690-88002 - State Monies, which said
item shall contain the sum of $68,000.40, and Item
#001-181100-366924-88002 - Project Income, which said
item shall contain the sum of $1,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88:
Item #001-181100-564120-88002 Salaries $42,709.30
Item #001-181100-564210-88002 FICA 3,698.31
Item #001-181100-564220-88002 Retirement 6,604.80
Item #001-181100-564230-88002 Group Insurance 6,703.20
Item #001-181100-564240-88002 Workman's Comp. 2,036.32
Item #001-181100-564310-88002 Professional Fees 3,075.00
Item #001-181100-564316-88002 Medical 105.00
Item #001-181100-564400-88002 Travel 2,760.00
Item #001-181100-564410-88002 Communications 200.00
Item #001-181100-564440-88002 Rentals 50.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 21st day of July, A.D. 1987.
