A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE GRANTING OF A
PERMIT TO G AND G TRADING, INC., D/B/A
ANGELO'S COUNTRY STORE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
THE INSTALLATION OF THE AWNING OVER ITS
GASOLINE PUMPS ON LOWER MATECUMBE KEY IN
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, G and G Trading, Inc., d/b/a Angelo's Country Store
has requested a permit for the installation of an awning over its
gasoline pumps; and
WHEREAS, G and G has executed a covenant with Monroe County,
Florida, providing for removal of the metal canopy if FDOT
requires its removal; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
The Building Department of Monroe Cou~ty, Florida, is hereby
authorized to issue a building permit for the construction of a
twenty-four foot (24') by twenty-four foot (24') metal canopy to
be erected over the existing gasoline pump upon that real proper-
ty in Monroe County, Florida, that is located at Lot 13, Block B,
White Marlin Beach, a subdivision of Monroe County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
