RESOLUTION NO. 485-1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental
Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1987-88 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $7,528.19 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1987-88, items to be known as Item #001-
020800-331210-00011 - Federal Grant/State DCA CJIS,
which said Item shall contain the sum of $3,972.00,
and Item #001-020800-389002-00011 - Carry Over/CJIS/
Local Match, which said Item shall contain the sum of
$3,556.19.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88:

Item #001-020800-516340-00011 Contractual Services
Local Match:
Item #001-020800-516340-00011 Contractual Services
Item #001-020800-516510-00011 Office Supplies
Item #001-020800-516515-00011 Advertising

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 15th day of December, A.D. 1987.
