A RESOLUTION CONCERNING AMENDED BUDGET
WHEREAS, it_ is necessary to conduct a public hearing as required
by section 129.03, Florida Statutes, to amend the Monroe County
Impact Fees - Roadways Fund #130 of the Monroe County Budget for
fiscal year ending September 30, 1994, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, That a Public Hearing was conducted on
August 16, 1994, to amend the Impact Fees - Roadways Fund #130
budget and to adopt an amended budget as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said

authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as set
