RESOLUTION NO. 034-1988
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
032-1988 AND CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR
IN ORDER TO PROVIDE .67 PARKING SPACES PER
MARINA WET SLIP AND .25 PARKING SPACES PER
MARINA DRY SLIP.
WHEREAS,
on January 5 ,
1988,
the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, passed and adopted
Resolution No. 032-1988, and
WHEREAS, the Board now desires to rescind said Resolution
No. 032-1988, and
WHEREAS, Sec. 13-101(E), Monroe County Land Development
Regulations, provides for the correction of typographical errors
by a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the required number of off-street parking spaces
currently required for marinas are so high - five parking spaces
per slip - that the conclusion is inescapable that the figure is
the result of a typographical error, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 032-1988 passed and adopted
