RESOLUTION NO. 045-1988
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1986-87 to account for unanticipated funds received
from Donations, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87 be, and the same is
hereby increased by the sum of $11,798.73 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1986-87, an item to be known as
Item #002-000000-389101-0 - Library Donations, which
said item shall contain the sum of $11,798.73.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Supplement to General Revenue
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED fi~U ADOPTED by the Board of County CommisS10ners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of January, A.D. 1988.
