RESOLUTION NO. 047 -1988
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Unincorporated Taxing District Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1987-88 to account for unanticipated funds received
from Pigeon Key Donations from FY 86/87, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Unincorporated Taxing District Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88 be, and the same is
hereby increased by the sum of $3,119.50 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Unincorporated Taxing District Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1987-88, an item to be known
as Item #717-000000-389003-0 - Carry Over - Pigeon Key
Donations, which said item shall contain the sum of
$3,119.50.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Unincorporated Taxing District
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88:
Item #717-920000-584992-0
Reserve for Pigeon Key
$3,119.50
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of January, A.D. 1988.
