Resolution 058-1988 Monroe County Commission RESOLUTION NO. 058 -1988 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS- SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MA YOR/ CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE DOMESTIC ABUSE PROGRAM CONCERNING OFFICE SPACE FOR SAID PROGRAM AT THE PLANTATION KEY GOVERNMENT CENTER. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: That the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to execute a Lease Agreement by and between Monroe County, Florida, and the Domestic Abuse Program, a copy of same being attached hereto and made a part hereof, concerning office for said Program at the Plantation Key Government Center. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 2nd day of February, A.D. 1988. FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" and TEE DCl<ESTIC ABUSE PROGRAM hereinafter referrec to as "Lessee". WIT N E SSE T H: 1. Lessor htereto in consideration of the needs and objec- tives of The Domestic Abur.e Program agrees to provide office spi1ce at the Plantation Kf>Y Government Center in Monroe County, Flcriua, to the Domestic Abuse Program. 2. Said office space shall be 20.8 feet by 12.0 feet. Lessee will have a privRte entrance as well as private batltroom facilities. 3. Lessee shall not be required to pay rent, Lessee will ,S,l'l"( the cost of its telephone system. iJ. This lease shall be for one year commencing on the date of toXEcution by both partieR.
