RESOLUTION NO. 061 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE AN ASSIGNMENT BY AND BETWEEN JOSEPH
J. SCARLETT, THE COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF
FLORIDA AND PAUL DEPOO CONCERNING ASSIGNMENT
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR A HANGAR LOCATED AT THE
KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman of the Board is hereby
authorized to execute an Assignment by and between Joseph J.
Scarlett, the County of Monroe, State of Florida, and Paul DePoo,
a copy of same being attached hereto, concerning assignmeny of an
Agreement for a Hangar located at the Key West International
Airport.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Co~issioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 2nd day of February, A.D. 1988.

ASSIGNMENT
For value received, the undersigned hereby assigns all right,
title and interest in that certain Lease Agreement for Hangar
Space dated May 16, 1978 between the undersigned and the County
of Monroe, State of Florida, a copy of which is attached hereto
and marked as "Exhibit A" to Island City Flying Service, Inc., a
Florida Corporation.

CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT
The undersigned hereby agrees to the assignment of the above
referenced lease to Island City Flying Service, Inc., a Florida
Corporation.

ASSUMPTION
The undersigned hereby agrees to assume all obligations of the
