RESOLUTION NO. 073 -1988
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental
Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1987-88 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $76,095.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1987-88, items to be known as Item #001-
180900-331909-88009 - Federal Monies, which said Item
shall contain the sum of $60,043, Item #001-180900-
366927-88009 - Project Income, which said Item shall
contain the sum of $7,000.00, and Item #001-180900-
331908-88009 - Commodities, which said Item shall
contain the sum of $9,052.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88:
Item #001-180900-564120-88009 Salaries $20,740.00
Item #001-180900-564210-88009 FICA 2,200.00
Item #001-180900-564220-88009 Retirement 3,919.00
Item #001-180900-564230-88009 Group Insurance 2,293.00
Item #001-180900-564240-88009 Workmans Compo 736.00
Item #001-180900-564250-88009 Unemployment Compo 293.00
Item #001-180900-564400-88009 Travel 2,457.00
Item #001-180900-564410-88009 Communications 680.00
Item #001-180900-564430-88009 Utilities 840.00
Item #001-180900-564510-88009 Printing & Supplies 300.00
Item #001-180900-564490-88009 Miscellaneous 200.00
Item #001-180900-564640-88009 Equipment 495.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 2nd day of February, A.D. 1988.
