RESOLUTION NO. 134-1988
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIPPING FEES AT
$60.00 PER TON TO BECOME EFFECTIVE ON APRIL
1, 1988 AND ALSO PROVIDING FOR THE CONTINUA-
TION OF GRATUITOUS TIPPING HERETOFORE GRANT-
ING TO RESIDENT PROPERTIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Section 1.
Tipping fees at all landfills in Monroe
County operated by Municipal Service Districts shall henceforth
be $60.00 per ton to commence on April 1, 1988.
Section 2.
The practice heretofore of granting unto the
resident property owners free tipping shall continue and not be
affected by this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 15th
