RESOLUTION NO. 150-1988
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 016-1988
CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Municipal Service District Fund #104 of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1987-88 to account for unanticipated funds received
from the State of Florida Department of Community Affairs, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously passed
and adopted Resolution No. 016-1988 on January 5, 1988,
concerning said unanticipated funds, and
WHEREAS, it has now become necessary to amend said
Resolution No. 016-1988, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 016-1988 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
1. That the Municipal Service District Fund #104 of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88 be, and the
same is hereby increased by the sum of $343,034.55 as
follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Service District Fund #104 of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1987-88, an item to be known
as Item #104-097901-334320-87200 - State Grant - DCA
Solid Waste Study (6/22/87 - 12/15/87), which said item
shall contain the sum of $343,034.55.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Municipal Service District Fund
#104 of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88:
Item #104-097901-534340-87200
Contractual Services $343,034.55
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 5th day of April, A.D. 1988.
